Arolco Engineering Solutions - Turning the Wheels of Industry
Arolco Engineering Solutions have over 30 years experience in engineering. Over the years we have developed our range of engineering services to include wheels & rollers, polyurethane, coatings and engineering solutions.
We have in house design facilities and combined with the latest CNC machines we have an unlimited range of manufacturing and fabrication possibilities.
Engineering
We have been in the steel fabrication business for around 30 years.
In more recent years, our engineering department have developed and invested heavily in precision engineering, and we are currently moving into our custom-built precision machining facilities with our range of the latest CNC equipment.

Arolco engineering offers a range of both fabrication and precision engineering services, both locally and country wide. We can pick up and deliver to your door.
Rollers
Arolco Engineering Solutions are a specialised roller recuperation and refurbishment business. We recover rubber rollers using a hot vulcanizing process. We also make new rollers to your specification. We recuperate, repair and refurbish many different rollers for a diverse range of business ranging from clean room, printing and packaging to water treatment.

Polyurethane
Arolco Engineering Solutions have developed a polyurethane casting department. We can now refurbish and recover polyurethane parts which become worn through use. We can use PU to replace other materials that wear a lot. PU has great wearing capacity.
