Two Devices Made Safe In Dublin And Louth
Army bomb disposal experts have made safe two devices in two separate incidents in Dublin and Louth.
In the first incident, bomb disposal experts were called to St Anne's Park in Raheny on Sunday evening, where bags containing parts that could have made used to make a viable device and a number of of imitation weapons were discovered.
The scene was declared safe at 7.15pm last night and the items have been given to gardaí for further investigation.
The Army team was also called following the discovery of a suspect device in Castlebellingham around 3am this morning. A controlled explosion was carried out and the scene was declared safe half-an-hour later.

Residents Evacuated After Viable Device Found In Dublin
Residents had to be evacuated from their homes in Dublin after a suspected viable device was found. The suspect device was discovered in Blanchardstown at around 8pm on Saturday. Army Bomb Disposal experts made the device safe at the scene. Residents have returned to their homes and the scene was declared safe at 9pm.

The bomb disposal unit was initially called to a suspect explosive device at Lower Leeson Street in Dublin on Monday night. The device, which gardaí described as viable, was found at around 10.

Pipe Bombs Made Safe In Tallaght
The Army bomb squad have made safe three viable pipe bombs found overnight in Tallaght. Garda reported that three explosive devices were discovered in a green area of the Cushlawn estate yesterday evening by a member of the public. Nearby houses were evacuate while the army explosive ordnance disposal division inspected the devices.
