Arrests Follow Fetherson Murder

A total of four people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Kenneth Fetherston whose body was discovered in the Dublin mountains at the beginning of February.

Gardai investigating the murder said they had arrested four people including a man aged 48, who was arrested in Rathfarnham, County Dublin and a woman, aged 47, who was arrested in Gorey, County Wexford last night.

They are both being detained in Tallaght Garda Station under the Criminal Justice Act.

Two further arrests were made this morning in Dublin. The two men in their 20s are also being detained under the Criminal Justice Act. One man aged 29 is detained at Tallaght Garda Station, and the other ages 23 is detained at Rathfarnham Garda Station.

Further Arrests Over Doherty Case
Gardaí investigating the murder of Wayne Doherty have announced a further two arrests in connection with the case. A woman in her 20s was arrested yesterday and is currently detained under the Offences Against The State Act at Cabra Garda Station.

News has emerged today that Gardaí investigating a fatal shooting earlier this year have made arrests in Dublin. They were detained as detectives hunt for the killers of John Carroll who died on 18th February after a shooting at a public house in The Coombe, Dublin 8.

Arrests Made In Byrne Murder Investigation
Gardai have arrested seven people as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of Stephen Byrne. Mr Byrne, 32, was shot dead by a lone gunman near his home on Sheriff Street on the 13th of July 2010. He was taken to the Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Man Arrested In Connection With Murder Of Kane McCormack
A man, aged in his 40s, has been arrested in connection with the murder of Kane McCormack. The body of Kane McCormack (24) was discovered in a field in Dunboyne, Co Meath in December, 2017. He had been shot to death and it is believed that the killing is linked to the Hutch/Kinahan feud.

Arrests Made Over Arson Attack
As part of the ongoing investigation into the criminal damage of a GoSafe operated Garda safety camera van in Gorey, Co. Wexford, Gardai carried out a number of searches this morning and have arrested three males. Two of these males, who are in their late teens, are currently detained at Wexford Garda Station.
