Appeal Renewed Over Double Shooting

An appeal for public assistance has been renewed as the investigation into a double shooting in Dublin continues.

This morning, Gardaí said they are still seeking assistance from the public in connection with the shooting that occurred at approximately 8pm on Monday on the Neilstown Road, Clondalkin.

Gardaí in Ronanstown said they are still looking to speak to anyone who may have seen a silver Audi A6. The car was stolen in County Carlow during the night of the June 8.

The correct registration number for the car is 02 D 2633, however the car may have been seen with the false number plate 00 KE 13498 at any point between the June 8 and the June 28.

Gardaí are appealing for any information on the movement of the silver Audi between these dates.

The car had a taxi sign on the roof at the time of the murder, and in any footage, the car may be with or without this taxi roof sign.

During the incident, two brothers were killed and a teenage boy injured after gunmen opened fire on their car in west Dublin on Monday night.

Paul and Kenneth Corbally, aged 35 and 32, were both convicted criminals. They were pronounced dead at the scene after shots were fired into the car in which they were sitting along the Neilstown Road. The teenager was also shot but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Anyone with information is asked to conact Gardaí at Ronanstown Garda station (01 666 77 00), the Garda Confidential Line (1800 666 111), or any Garda station nationwide.
