Information Sought Over Donnybrook Man

Officers investigating the suspicious death of a man in the Donnybrook area of Dublin last week are seeking information from the public.

Gardai at Donnybrook Garda Station, looking into the death of Patrick Coulter, 65, from Beech Hill, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, said a file is being prepared for the Dublin City Coroner.

Mr Coulter was found dead at his house on the 10th of February.

According to a Gardaí spokesman, Mr Coulter was a reserved person who "kept to himself". Officers confirmed that the last definite sighting of Mr Coulter was on January 12 at St Andrew’s Street Post Office in Dublin 2.

Gardai said they are seeking information in relation to Mr Coulter’s movements between January 12 and February 10 and in particular the days immediately preceding the discovery of his body.

Meanwhile, Gardaí at Manorhamilton are renewing their appeal to the public for information into the disappearance of 22-year-old Caitriona Horan of Tawnylea, Drumkeeran, Co Leitrim.

Caitriona was last seen outside Trinity College, Dublin, on February 9.

It is now believed that Caitriona is in the Ennis area of County Clare and if anyone has seen or heard from her they are asked to contact Manorhamilton on 071 9820620.

When last seen she was wearing a dark grey single breasted winter style jacket from Zara (tweed effect), black tights/leggings and black 'Shuh' boots.

She is of slim build, has dark brown hair, is 5' 5'' in height and has dark brown eyes.

Caitriona's family told Gardaí they are concerned for her welfare.
