Post Mortem Due On Finglas Body
Gardai in Finglas are continuing their investigation into the discovery of skeletal remains in Tolka Valley Park yesterday.
A post mortem is due to take place today.
Gardaí say the human remains, believed to be female, could have been there for up to three years.
An item of clothing was found along with the remains, which was located in bushes at the base of an electricity pylon.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy has conducted an initial examination at the scene.
As part of the investigation, Gardaí are studying lists of missing persons. A forensic anthropologist will also be brought in to identify the missing woman.

Four Girls In Hospital After Aerosol Explosion
Garda are investigating the circumstances surrounding four girls ending up in hospital after an aerosol exploded in a house in Drogheda on Sunday. The girls are being treated in hospital, two in Crumlin's children's hospital and two in Tallaght, following the incident. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Investigation Launched After Body Found In Carlow
The body of a woman has been found in a house in Carlow. Gardaí say that the body of a 37-year-old woman was discovered at a house in the Craigcullen area of Carlow at about 21:45 on Sunday. The body remains at the scene to allow for a forensic examination. The identity of the woman has not yet been released.

Man Dies In Crash In Co Galway
A man has died following a collision in Ballinsloe, Co Galway. The crash occurred just after 10.30pm on Tuesday at Clookeenkerrill. It is understood the man was killed after the vehicle crashed into a tree. A post-mortem examination is to be carried out. The road remains closed and diversions are in place.

A post mortem examination is being carried out today on the human remains found in Wales during the search for missing Irish woman Catherine Gowing. The vet from Clonlee disappeared on 12th October. A 46-year-old man has been charged with her murder.
