Arrest Made In Offaly Drugs Seizure
Gardai have arrested a man following an drugs seizure operation in Ballycumber, Co Offaly.
The search took place at a house yesterday in Twickenham Estate, in Ballycumber.
Gardai seized 400 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €160,000 Euro. The plants were being cultivated at the house.
A man in his 20s was arrested at the scene and is currently detained.

Arrest Made Over Cannabis Find
Cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €100,000 has been seized by garda in Dublin. Officers made the find during a search of an apartment at Stafford House on Wolfe Tone Street on Thursday afternoon. A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the find. The investigation is ongoing.

Two Charged Over Alvor Killing
A teenager and another male have appeared in court in Portugal charged in connection with the death of a Londonderry businessman in the Algarve earlier this month. The accused, aged 19 and 26 and from Brazil, were charged with homicide and robbery. The 26-year-old was remanded in custody while the 19-year-old was placed under partial house arrest.
