Murder Investigation Underway In Clondalkin
Gardai in Ronanstown have launched a murder investigation following a shooting incident in Clondalkin, Dublin.
A 20-year-old male was shot as he sat in a car on Moorfield Avenue around 9pm yesterday. He was taken to Tallaght Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
Gardai wish to appeal for witnesses to this incident or anyone with information that may assist this investigation to contact Ronanstown Garda Station.

Three Arrested In Cork Shooting Investigation
Gardaí in Cork have arrested three men in connection with a shooting in the city on Monday night. According to gardaí a man aged in his 20s was shot a number of times by a man on a motorbike. The victim is being treated at Mercy University Hospital. Gardí have appealed for witnesses to the shooting, or any one with any information, to contact them.

Man Seriously Injured In Gun Attack
A 32 year old man has been seriously injured after he was shot twice in a gun attack yesterday evening. He was hit in the chest and leg at Rowlagh Avenue in Clondalkin at around 5.30pm. The victim underwent surgery, however he is still in a serious condition.

Body Exhumed In Search For Missing Man
Gardaí investigating the disappearance of a man in 1987 have exhumed a body after a tip off. Brian McGrath, aged then 43, was last seen in 1987. Early on Monday morning Gardai exhumed remains at Whitehall Cemetery, Coole, Co Westmeath to be taken to Dublin City Morgue for additional post mortem examination and further tests.

Investigation Launched After Woman's Body Found
Gardai have launched an investigation following the discovery of a woman's body in a house in Dublin. The body of the 43-year-old was found in a house in Rathgar Road in Rathmines just before midnight on Wednesday. A forensic examination is being carried out and the body remains at the scene.

Eight Arrested Over Shooting Incident
A total of eight people are under arrest in connection with a shooting incident that led to the injury of a member of Gardaí. Gardai in Ronanstown investigating the shooting incident, which occurred in the Greenfort area of Clondalkin on December 13 last, today arrested eight people including five males and three females.
