Two For Court Over Kildare Heroin
Two men are due to appear in court today, charged in connection with the discovery of €2.4 million of heroin in Kildare yesterday.
Around 12g of the drug was discovered after gardaí stopped and searched a number of cars off the Naas Road at Kill.
Four men, three aged in their 20s and one aged 51, were arrested at the scene. Two men, aged in their 20s, are due to appear in court today. The seizure is understood to be the largest made by gardaí this year.

Seven Arrested Over Money Laundering Investigation
Seven people have been arrested in a series of raids in Cork city on Thursday morning. Five women and two men, aged between 20 and 51, were detained by officers from the Divisional Fraud Investigation Unit, assisted by Divisional Drug Unit and CAB. Gardaí said that the arrested were made as part of an ongoing operation into money laundering.

Gardaí investigating the murder of a man outside a motorcycle club in Limerick, have been granted more time to question three men. A special sitting of Limerick District Court granted garda more time to question a 27-year-old man and two me aged in their 40s, arrested on Saturday in connection with the murder.
