Bodies Pulled From Sunken Trawler
The search for missing fishermen off the west Cork coast continues after two bodies were recovered two bodies today.
The body of Egyptian fisherman Attea Shaban, 26, was pulled from the Tit Bonhomme by Garda divers at around 9.45am this morning.
Later, the body of Kevin Kershaw, 21, a first-time crewmember from Clonakilty, was found and removed to Cork University Hospital.
A total of five crewmen from the Tit Bonhomme went missing after the boat sank near the entrance to Glandore Harbour on Sunday morning.
The find comes after a tough week of searching for rescue teams that include the Irish Navy who are continuing their search at the site of the sunken trawler, the Tit Bonhomme, off the coast of Co Cork.
Irish Navy vessel, LÉ Niamh, along with the Naval Dive Team remain on scene off the Cork Coast.
According to the Irish Navy, prevailing weather conditions in the area have caused unsafe diving operations in the immediate vicinity of the Tit Bonhomme, making rescue and recovery attempts continually difficult.

Coroner's Court Hears From Only Surviving Tit Bonhomme Crew
A coroner’s court in Cork has heard evidence from the only survivor of the Tit Bonhomme fishing disaster, RTÉ have reported. At the opening day of the inquest the court heard how Abdelbaky Mohammed only managed to survive as he grabbed the belt of a life jacket.

Naval Divers Recover Two Bodies For Cork City River
Naval Service divers have recovered the bodies of a man and a woman from the River Lee in Cork City. A search of the river was carried out after a woman in her 20s and a man in his 40s were reported missing on 04 December. Their deaths are not being treated as suspicious. Post-mortems are due to be carried out today.
