Arrests Made Over McMahon Murder Investigation

Three arrests have been made following an investigation into the murder of Seamus McMahon.

Two males, in their 20s, and one female in her late teems were arrested in the Drogheda area this morning.

They are currently being detained under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939, at Drogheda and Dundalk stations.

Mr McMahon was killed after two men entered a property and shot him on 21st March 2010.

Arrests Made Over McMahon Murder
Three men have been arrested in connection with the murder of Ger McMahon last week in Limerick. Gardai in Roxboro Road Garda Station investigating the murder of Ger McMahon, said all three were arrested on Monday morning in the Mungret area of Limerick.

Teen In Court On Double Murder Charge
A 17-year-old boy is facing a second murder charge in connection with the killing of two Polish men in February. The teenager, who appeared at the Dublin Children’s Court today, cannot be named because he is a juvenile, and had been already charged with the murder of Pawel Kalite on Benbulben Road, Drimnagh, in Dublin, on February 23.

Woman Arrested Over Seamus McMahon Murder
Gardai have arrested a woman, aged in her 20s, as part of an ongoing investigation into the murder of Seamus Mc Mahon in Dundalk on the 21st of March 2010. Two men entered a house at Bóthar Crionn and shot Mr McMahon.

Man Arrested Over Seamus McMahon Murder
A 39-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Seamus McMahon in Co. Louth last year. Mr McMahon, 41, from Green Acres, Dundalk, was shot dead in a property at Bothar Croinin, Dundalk on March 21 last year. The 39-year-old is being held at Dundalk Garda station under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act.

An appeal has been launched for assistance from the public in tracking down the killers of Séamus McMahon.
