Man Injured In Shooting Incident
A man has been injured in a shooting incident in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
It is believed two armed masked men entered at house at Legnatraw and shot a 39-year-old man at around 10.30pm last night.
The victim was taken to Letterkenny General hospital where his condition is described as not life threatening.
A 34-year-old woman who was in the house at the time was uninjured.
A silver 4x4 was located at Moness, a townsland approximately 1 mile from the scene of the shooting shortly after the incident.
Gardai in Letterkenny are appealing to any witnesses or anyone who may have information or may have seen unusual activity between 9pm and 11pm on the 1st May around the the vicinity of Legnatraw or around Moness where the 4x4 was located to contact them in Letterkenny on 074 9167100, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Man Dies In Donegal Road Crash
A man has died in a road crash in Donegal. The collision, between a car and a lorry, occurred at Tullytrap on the main Letterkenny to Lifford Road, on Thursday, 04 August. The driver of the car was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital, however he later died from his injuries. A passenger in the vehicle is currently being treated in hospital.

Two Held Over Attempted Shooting Attack Released
Two men arrested in connection with an attempted shooting attack in Dublin have been released without charge. The incident occurred at a car park next to the Islandbridge Court Apartments on 1 November. A Honda Civic rammed another car at the scene. Two occupants in the car then ran after the driver of the other vehicle and fired a number of shots.

Teenager And Young Child Injured In Alleged Shooting In West Dublin
An investigation has been launched into an alleged shooting incident in West Dublin. According to reports, a teenager and a young child have been injured in an incident that gardaí have said is "ongoing" in the Parlickstown area of Blanchardstown. The area has been sealed off and gardaí are at the scene. Further updates to follow.

Eight Arrested Over Finglas Shooting
Some eight arrests have been made in Dublin today, in connection with a shooting incident in the area on December 30. Gardai in Finglas investigating the shooting incident, which occurred outside “The Cappagh Nua” public house on Barry Road, said they had made the arrests after carrying out a number of searches.
