NRA Urged To 'Get Their Act Together'
Dublin North East Labour TD, Seán Kenny, today called on the National Roads Authority (NRA) to tackle the litter problem on Dublin Airport approach roads under its control following the recent report which identified the Airport roads as litter blackspots.
He said: "It is vital for the tourist industry that visitors arriving in Dublin are not faced with views of rubbish, which present a negative image.
"I regularly see litter on the N32 which connects the Malahide Road with the M50 and M1 approaches to Dublin Airport.
"I am calling on the Transport Minister Leo Varadkar to call in the NRA and instruct them to get their act together."
