16-Year-Old Injured In Drive-By Shooting
A 16-year-old boy is seriously ill in hospital after he was wounded in the back and arm in a drive-by shooting.
Gardai said the teenager was hit by a shotgun blast as he stood outside a house at Lismore Road in Crumlin in Dublin's south city.
The attackers pulled alongside the house at around 9.20pm and opened fire at least twice before speeding away in a black saloon.
The boy was talking to a man, who is believed to be the owner of the house.
Gardai said last night it was not immediately clear which of them was the intended target of the gunmen but the man was not injured in the attack.
Gardai immediately sealed off the area for a detailed forensic examination by technical bureau officers and began a citywide hunt for the gunmen.
The boy's name is not being published until all of his family has been notified of the shooting.
Last night officers from the Dublin South division were trying to establish a motive for the gun attack.

Dublin Teenager Found 'Safe And Well'
A teenager who went missing from Dublin has been found "safe and well". Sean Costello, 15, went missing from Ballymun just after midnight on Sunday, 31 July. Gardai launched an appeal as they were concerned for his welfare. However, they have confirmed he has been found "safe and well". Gardai also thanked the public for their assistance.

A 50-year-old father of one has died from a gunshot wound in Dublin, and Gardaí have arrested a 13-year-old boy in connection with the incident. Gardai at Store Street in Dublin are investigating the fatal shooting, which occurred at Shelmalier Road Bargy Road, East Wall, Dublin at approximately 7.00pm yesterday evening.

Two Arrested After Tallaght Shooting
Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with a shooting incident in Tallaght in the early hours of Monday morning. Gardai said they made the arrests and seized two firearms following the shooting incident, which took place at Hazel Hill, Tallaght at about 12.55am.

A missing teenager from England has been found "safe and well", according to Gardai. Ricky Wall, 15, originally from Crumlin, had been missing from Suffolk from 11 April. However, Gardai said today, 04 May, they had located Ricky. Gardai also thanked the public for their existence.
