Man Dies After Being Struck By Two Cars
A man has died after being hit by two cars near Dublin city centre in the early hours of this morning.
The man, believed to be in his 50s, was seriously injured in the accident which occurred at Parnell Square West at around 12.15am.
He was taken to the Mater Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The drivers of both cars were not injured.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses to contact them.

Second Death Following Co. Leitrim Crash
A second man has died following a road collision in Co. Leitrim on Tuesday. The 18-year-old man was the driver of one of three cars involved in the collision on the N4 at Mountcampbell, Carrick-on-Shannon, which happened around 8:10am on Tuesday. A man has died in a road crash in Co Monaghan, gardaí have reported. According to gardaí the man in his 20s died in a two-car collision on the N2 Dublin-Monaghan, south of Carrickmacross. It is understood the victim was the driver of the one of the cars involved in the accident.

A man has died and 11 others have been injured following a collision on the M6 in County Westmeath. The five vehicle crash happened on the M6, just after junction five on Sunday 17 March. A man in his 60's, who was driving one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Fatal Head On Collision In Co Meath
A man has died after two cars were involved in a head on collision on the N2 between Slane and Collon. The accident happened just after midnight approximately three miles north of Slane. The man who died was traveling in one car with another man who is in a serious condition in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.
