Injured Man Thought To Be Missing Developer Kevin Michael McGeever
Garda have launched an investigation following the discovery of an injured man near Ballinamore, Co Leitrim on Tuesday night.
It is thought the man is Kevin Michael McGeever, who was reported missing by his partner in Gort, Co Galway last June.
He was found, injured and without shoes, by a couple in Ballinamore.
He claims to have been held against his, left where he was found by a number of men in a van and did not know where he was.
It is understood he claims to have been held against his will.
Gardaí say he was taken to Mullingar General Hospital, where he is still being treated.
Mr McGeever was involved in property development and also had an address in Dublin.

Man Arrested Over Suspected Abduction

Missing Co Mayo Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing Co Mayo man, David Duffy, has been found safe and well, garda have reported. Garda had issued an appeal for help in tracing 36-year-old Mr Duffy, who had not been seen since Sunday. Garda have thanked the public for their help and said that no further action is needed.

Missing Cork Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.

Man Seriously Injured In Dublin Crash
A man has been seriously injured following a crash in Dublin. The collision, which involved a cyclist and a car, occurred at around 5.30pm on the N81/Tallaght Bypass on Sunday. The man was taken to hospital and is believed to be in a serious condition. One man has been arrested.

Man Injured In Shooting In Bray, Co Wicklow
Gardaí have launched an investigation after a man was shot in Bray, Co Wicklow, on Thursday evening. The man, believed to be in his 20s, is currently being treated at St Vincent's Hospital in Dublin. He is believed to have been shot in the People's Park in Bray at around 5.30pm. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
