Foetus Discovered In A Bin In Dublin

A foetus was discovered in a bin in a housing estate in Dublin last night.

A resident at Greenfort Clouse found the remains in a bag inside a rubbish bin at approximately 9pm.

Gardai are currently investigating the discovery, and the foetus has been taken to the city morgue where a post mortem will be carried out today.

Debt Collectors To Be Used For Outstanding Bin Bills
Debt collectors are to be used to help collect over €9 million in outstanding bin charges. It is understood that €9.2 million is still owed to Dublin City Council for bin collection from before the council sold the service to Greyhounds Recycling in 2011.
