Met Éireann Issues Weather Warning
Met Éireann has issued a yellow weather warning today for over 12 counties.
Motorists are being urged to be extra vigilant and to be careful of fallen trees, as a result of the high winds.
Four flights have been cancelled at Dublin Airport due to adverse weather conditions.
Wintry showers will become isolated tonight, and widespread frost is expected.
Temperatures of -1 to -4 degrees are also anticipated.

Met Éireann has issued a yellow weather warning for a number of counties in Ireland as heavy rain is expected within the next few hours. The 'Be Aware' warning has been issued for Carlow, Cork, Dublin, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow.

Met Éireann Issues Yellow Weather Warning
A 'yellow' weather warning has been put in place by Met Éireann as southerly winds are expected to reach speeds of between 45 and 65 km/h with gusts up to 110 km/h during Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday is to be a cloudy and windy day with temperatures of 10 to 12 degrees in strong southwesterly winds.

A weather warning has been issued by Met Éireann and will be in place for most of the day (Friday). The yellow warning comes as up to 40mm of rain is due to fall today, with winds also reaching gale force. Rain is expected to move southeastwards throughout the day and will be heavy in places.
