Motorcyclist Killed In Co Kildare Crash
A 30-year-old man has died after his motorcycle collided with a car at Dagwelds Cross, Blackwood in Naas at around 7.30pm on Tuesday evening.
The as-yet-unidentified motorcyclist was taken to Naas General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The woman driver of the car received minor injuries in the collision.
The road was closed for a forensic examination, but has since reopened.
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to the collision to contact Naas Garda Station on 045-884300, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any garda station.

Pair Held After Cocaine Seizure
Two men have been arrested in Co Kildare after Gardaí seized an estimated €200,000 worth of cocaine. Gardaí stopped a car in Monasterevin last night, recovering around 3kg of drugs. A 40-year-old man from north Dublin and a 35-year-old from Monasterevin are being held for questioning at Naas Garda station.

Garda have detained a man in connection with a fatal road crash in Co Mayo on Sunday, 08 May. A 41-year-old motorcyclist was killed when his bike collided with a van on the N26 at Ballinahaglush at around 3.45pm. A man was arrested and is being detained at Ballina Garda Station.

Body Found In Burnt Out Car 'Not Suspicious'
The body of a woman has been found in a burnt out car in Co Kildare. Gardaí have said that the body was discovered at around 11:30 today in a vehicle on a car park in Eadestown. However, garda added that they believe the death to have been a "personal tragedy" and are not treating it as suspicious.
