200 Cannabis Plants Found In Co Kerry
Cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of €160,000, were discovered by gardai in Rathmore, Co Kerry, last night.
Officers from the Kanturk Drug Unit carried out a planned search of a house near the town, uncovering some 200 plants at various stages of growth.
The scene has been sealed and a technical examination is underway.
No arrests were made and the investigation is ongoing.

Men Arrested Over Three Cannabis Seizures
Gardaí investigating three cannabis seizures in Co Offaly in the past week have arrested two men. Garda officers discovered cannabis plants worth an estimated €250,000 at a premises in Clonmore, Edenderry. This was followed by the seizure of cannabis plants worth an estimated €160,000 found in a vehicle near Tullamore on Thursday.

Cannabis Plants Seized In Co Kerry
Cannabis plants worth an estimated street value of €160,000 have been seized by Gardaí following the search of a house at Kilgarvan, Co Kerry on Tuesday. At around 5.40pm, Gardaí searched a house at Gorthloughera, and found that the house had been used for cultivating cannabis.

Around €1m worth of drugs were seized as part of a planned Garda Operation in Longford and South Roscommon. Four people have been arrested in connection in what is believed to be nearly 2,000 cannabis plants. A man in his 20's was arrested after around 800 cannabis plants were seized at a growhouse in the South Roscommon area.

Cannabis plants worth an estimated €140,000 have been uncovered during a planned raid in Leitrim. Gardaí discovered approximately 175 cannabis plants at a house in Carraigall. It is understood the property was unoccupied and no arrests have been made in relation to the find.
