Arrests Made In 11 Year Old Murder Investigation
Gardai investigating the 2002 murder of David McCreevey have arrested two men.
Detectives from Tallaght Garda Station and members of the Special Detective Unit arrested the two men, both in their 30s, during an operation this morning (Monday).
They are currently being held under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939.
Mc Creevey was shot dead at Belgard Heights in Tallaght outside a neighbour’s house in February 2002.
The investigation is ongoing.

Over 100 Arrests Made In Organised Crime Sweep
113 people have been arrested as part of an operation targeting organised crime. Gardaí carried out some 236 planned searches across the country in relation to the investigation. Around 4,200 cannabis plants with an estimated street value of €3.5 million were seized at five grow houses in counties Cork, Meath, Wexford and Dublin yesterday.

Man Arrested In Neil Fitzgerald Murder Investigation
A man in his 20s has been arrested by Gardaí investigating the murder of Neil Fitzgerald. Mr Fitzgerald (36) was found dead at Hills Lane in Tallaght, Dublin, on Sunday, 05 June. Gardaí made the arrest on Wednesday. It is the third arrest made as part of their ongoing investigation. The other two men remain in custody.
