Man Released In Relation To Killorglin Murder Investigation

A man arrested in relation to the murders of Jolanta Lubiene and her eight-year-old daughter Enrika in Killorglin, Co Kerry, has been released without charge.

The two bodies were discovered in a house in Langford Downs Estate on 16th June.

Garda are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

A man has been released without charge after being questioned in connection with the shooting of a boy in Dublin on Friday. The six-year-old was shot in the neck in Ballyfermot. A man was detained on suspicion of withholding information. A file is being prepared for the DPP.

Man Arrested For Double Murder Is Released
A man in his 40s, arrested in connection with the murder of Jolanta Lubiene, 27, and her eight-year-old daughter Enrika in Killorglin, Co Kerry, has been released without charge. The two bodies were discovered in a house in Langford Downs Estate on 16 June. A file will now be prepared for the information of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Another Arrested As One Is Released In O'Halloran Investigation
A third man has been arrested by gardaí investigating the fatal shooting of Stephen O' Halloran. He is 19 years old and is presently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act. The arrest was made in the Tallaght area on Thursday.

Men Arrested Over Cannabis Seizures
Gardaí in Co Kerry have seized cannabis plants worth an estimated €140,000 in searches in two villages. Around 128 cannabis plants were uncovered at Barrow House, Barrow West, in Ardfert on Saturday, with an estimated street value of €100,000. A 29-year-old man was arrested in connection with the find.

Man Due In Court Over Coolock Assault
A man is due in court this morning in facing charges of serious assault against a Polish National in North Dublin. Gardai in the Coolock area of the Capital charged the man, who is in his 20s yesterday in relation to the serious assault, which occurred at Newtown Industrial Estate in Coolock.
