HSE Miss Creche Inspection Reports Deadline

HSE will miss key deadlines on safeguards for children in creches and preschools.

Children's Minister Frances Fitzgerald had promised the publication of inspection reports from July 01, but as of today no such reports can be found on the HSE's website.

It is also understood that plans to introduce a registration system for preschools in September, will be delayed until at least the end of the year.

According to the Irish Independent, the HSE have said that they are not ready yet to publish preschool and creche inspection reports.
