Gardaí Appeal For Information Following Cork Shooting
Garda have appealed to the public for information following the shooting of a 20-year-old man in Cork.
The shooting happening at around 23:30 on Friday 19 July in the Fairhill area of Cork City and the man was taken to Cork University Hospital.
A forensic and technical examination of the scene was carried out on Saturday morning.
Gardaí have appealed for any one with any information, or anyone in the area at the time, to contact Gurranabraher Garda Station 021 4946200 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.

A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.

Garda Appeal For Information Following Two Shooting Deaths In Dublin
Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following two fatal shooting incidents in Dublin. The deaths of two men, both shot dead, are believed to have been "different motives linked to the drugs trade". The victims have been named as Seán Little from Coolock and Jordan Davis from nearby Darndale and the men have been described as friends.
