Man Killed In Offaly Crash
A man in his 50s has been killed in a crash in Offaly this morning.
The crash occurred on the Bracknagh to Monasterevin Road when an articulated truck he was driving left the road after 8am.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other vehicles were involved in the collision.
The road is currently closed and Garda Forensic Collision investigators are carrying out examinations.

A man has died in a road collision in Co Louth. The single-vehicle crash occurred at Rassan on the Dundalk to Castleblaney Road at around 7am today, 05 September. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The road has been closed and diversions have been put in place. Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Man Dies In Overnight Road Crash
A man has died when his car collided with a van on the Rathbeale road in Swords, Dublin, around 02.30am on Wednesday morning. The man in his 40s was a passenger in the van. He died at the scene. The driver of the van and a second passenger are being treated in hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Man Questioned Over Fatal Road Crash In Co Mayo
Garda have detained a man in connection with a fatal road crash in Co Mayo on Sunday, 08 May. A 41-year-old motorcyclist was killed when his bike collided with a van on the N26 at Ballinahaglush at around 3.45pm. A man was arrested and is being detained at Ballina Garda Station.
