Three Men Robbed Cash Van Of €40,000
Gardaí are looking for three men in connection with the armed robbery of cash-in-transit van at a shopping centre in Leopardstown on Thursday.
The men held up security staff with a sawn-off shotgun at they were delivering money to ATM machines.
A cash box containing €40,000 was taken and the men made their escape in a silver van.
The vehicles was found burnt out a short time later at Glencairn Drive.
Gardaí have appealed for any witnesses to the robbery to contact them.

Two Arrested In Connection With Cash-In-Transit Van Robbery
Two men have been arrested in connection with a cash-in-transit van robbery in Dublin. The men, aged in their 20s and 60s, have been detained by Gardai in connection with the incident which happened on Fortunestown Way last October. Both men are being held at Tallaght Garda Station where they can be questioned for up to 72 hours.

Gardaí have foiled an attempted cash-in-transit van robbery in Clondalkin, west Dublin. According to garda at around 11:20am two men approached a guard from the van as he made a delivery at the Bawnogue Shopping Centre, threatening him with a firearm.

Gardaí Investigate Cash-In-Transit Robbery
An investigation has been launched following the robbery of a cash-in-transit van on Monday morning at Blakestown in west Dublin. The incident occurred shortly before 8am when two men approached the van armed with an iron bar and what is believed to be an imitation firearm and threatened a member of staff.
