Woman Killed And Man Seriously Injured In Co Wexford Road Crash
A woman has died in a two-car collision on the R741 between Gorey and Wexford.
Gardaí have said that woman, aged in her 20s, died in the crash at around 10am on Thursday morning at Raheenaskeagh, north of the junction for Oulart village.
The single male occupant of the second is being treated for serious injuries at Wexford Regional Hospital.
Gardaí at Enniscorthy are investigating the collision and are appealing for witnesses to contact them at 053 924 2580, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111, or any garda station.

A woman in her 20s has been killed in a car crash in County Wexford. The collision occurred at Newbawn, New Ross, at around 2pm on Friday. The male driver of the other car involved was not seriously injured. The road is closed to facilitate Garda forensic collision investigators carrying out an examination of the area.

A 48-year-old woman has been killed in a car crash at Tinnock, Oulart, Co Wexford this morning. The collision, which occurred at around 8.30am, involved three vehicles. The womans body has been removed to Wexford General Hospital. Both drivers of the other vehicles received minor injuries.

The road was closed for a Garda Forensic Collision Examination, however it has been re-opened. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.
