Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Louth Traffic Accident
Gardaí in Co Louth have appealed for witnesses to a fatal traffic accident in which a 19-year-old pedestrian was killed, to contact them.
The pedestrian, who has not been named, was hit by a car at around 20:30 on the old N1, five miles from Drogheda.
The make driver of the car was uninjured.
A post-mortem of the victim is due to take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
Investigating gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact Drogheda Garda Station on 041-9874200, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.

Gardaí Appeal For Witnesses To Fatal Co Limerick Accident
Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to a fatal accident in Hospital, Co Limerick, in which a 44-year-old man was killed. The man was walking on Main Street in the town at about 2am on Tuesday morning when he was hit by a car. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is understood no one else was injured in the incident.

Shortly after 7pm on Thursday 14 November Gardaí and emergency services attended at the scene of a collision involving a car and pedestrian. Witnesses Sought To Fatal Motorcycle Collision
Gardaí have issued an appeal for witnesses to a serious collision in Co Cork on Tuesday evening. At about 8pm, a man aged in his 40s, died after the motorcycle he was riding collided with a car at Lough Beg, Ringaskiddy. The man was pronounced dead at the scene and has since been taken to Cork University Hospital for a post-mortem.
