Pair Detained Over Thomas Horan Morder
A male and female have had their period of detention extended by 12 hours to be questioned by Garda about the murder of Thomas Horan.
Mr Horan was found dead at his apartment at Cambridge Court on Monday.
The man, 27, and woman, 37, were held on Wednesday afternoon.
Gardai are appealing to taxi drivers who may have picked the man and woman up in the Ringsend area between 2am and 5am last Monday to contact them.

A man in his 20s and a woman in her 30s are due to appear at Dublin District Court this morning, charged in relation to the death of 63-year-old Thomas Horan of Cambridge Court, Ringsend, Dublin 4. Gardaí in Irishtown investigating the murder have renewed their appeal for for witnesses to come forward.

Missing Co Offaly Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 39-year-old Co Offaly man, missing since Monday, has been found "safe and well". Gardaí have reported that Liam Murray, who had not been seen since Monday morning, has now been found. An appeal for information had been issued on Wednesday asking the public for help in tracing Mr Murray.

Gardai investigating the murder of Shane Geoghegan have released seven of the people they were questioning. They were freed overnight without charge, but investigations are continuing with eight people remaining in custody today.

A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.
