Fine Gael Remains The Country's Most Popular Party

The Red C poll for Paddy Power shows Fine Gael is the country's most popular political party.

The opinion poll shows the party on 28%, down one point from last month.

Fianna Fáil are unchanged on 22%, and Sinn Féin are up three to 18.

Voters 'Want Fianna Fail Out' Claims Fine Gael
The Fine Gael party has claimed that a poll published today shows voters want to get Fianna Fail out of government. A poll conducted by the Irish Times shows support for the main government party is down to just 21%, with Fine Gael now on 38%. The Government's dissatisfaction rating has also hit a huge 86%.

Poll Shows Fianna Fáil Remain Most Popular Party
An Irish Times/Ipsos MRBI poll has revealed that Fianna Fáil remains the most popular party in Ireland, holding on to the number 1 spot since February. The same poll also shows that Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams is the most popular party leader.

New Poll Shows Fine Gael Gains
A recent political opinion poll shows Fianna Fáil has had a significant fall in support, while Fine Gael has made gains. The 'Red C' poll has found half of all voters do not trust the Government to manage the public finance crisis, and shows Fianna Fáil at 36%, down four points since its last poll in June.

Fine Gael Approval Drops
The latest Red C opinion poll has indicated a 4% drop in support for Fine Gael. The poll saw approval of Taoiseach Enda Kenny's part slide from 29% to 25%. The party has had to deal with many contentious issues since its time in government, including water restrictions, health cuts and property tax. Support for Independents has increased 4%.
