Man Dies In Co Clare RTC
A man in his 60s has been killed in a car accident in Co Clare.
It is understood the car he was driving in was involved in a collision with another vehicle.
The accident happened at The Market, Ennis, at 10pm on Sunday night.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was taken to the Mid Western Regional Hospital in Limerick when a post-mortem will be carried out today.
No other injuries have been reported as a result of the collision.

Woman Seriously Injured In Three-Car Accident
A woman has been seriously injured following a three-car collision on the N4 Dublin/Sligo Road. The crash occurred on the Edgeworth Road at approximately 5.30pm on Wednesday (7 January). The woman is currently being treated at Midland Regional Hospital. The main Dublin/Sligo Road has been closed and diversions are in place.

A number of separate road crashes this weekend have claimed four lives, including a father and son. John Gallagher, 55, and his 24-year-old son Sean died when their car collided with another vehicle at Burt on Saturday morning. The collision occurred at the junction of Slab Road, Burt, on the Main Letterkenny to Derry Road at approximately 10.

Two Dead In Separate Collisions
Two people have died on Ireland's roads after traffic collisions in Dublin and Kilkenny in the last two days. In the latest incident, a male aged 19 was fatally injured when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a stationary vehicle. His body was taken to Tallaght Hospital.
