Ireland Property Crash Is Over - NAMA
The property crash in Ireland is over, according to the Chairman of the National Asset Management Agency Frank Daly.
Mr Daly was speaking at a briefing in Cork when he said that property market had moved into a "different phase" with prices beginning to "move off the bottom".
Saying that the recovery was happening at a faster pace in Dublin, he added that it was expected to spread to other places around the State.
Mr Daly said an increased interest in NAMA properties was evidence of the growing recovery, which he claimed is happening in both the residential and commercial sectors.
