Pensioner Killed In Co Kerry Crash
A pensioner has been killed in a traffic collision in Cahirciveen, County Kerry, on Tuesday night.
The crash, between a car and a 90-year-old female pedestrian, happened at around 8.40pm on a small bye-road just off the N70.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. The female driver, 22, was not injured.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to contact Cahirciveen Garda Station on 066 9473600, the Garda Confidential Telephone Line 1800 666 111 or any Garda Station.

Man Arrested Following Carjacking
A man has been arrested in connection with a carjacking in Dublin which happened on 21 April. The man was arrested on Monday in the city centre. The attack took place outside the Argyle House apartments in Ballsbridge. Liz Turley was attempting to enter the apartments when a male and female tried to steal her car.
