Murder Investigation Into Fatal Stabbing Of Pub Squatter
Garda in Dublin have launched a murder investigation into the fatal stabbing of a man in a derelict pub in the city last night.
Garda say that a second man was also stabbed in the incident on New Wapping Street, just before 11pm on Wednesday, and he is being treated at the Mater Hospital for his injuries.
It is understood that the 48-year-old victim was one of five people squatting at the abandoned Vallance and McGrath pub.
A 36-year-old man was arrested a short time later after a security guard at the O2 Arena reported seeing a man covered in blood.

Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning. It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed. The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Man Arrested Following Stabbing Incident
A man has taken to hospital after being stabbed in Co Wexford. The male, 34, was stabbed at a house on Grange Road at around 9.30pm on Thursday night. His condition is described as serious but stable. Gardai have arrested a 60-year-old man. He is currently being detained at New Ross Garda station.

Missing Cork Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A missing 52-year-old man from Cork has been found 'safe and well', garda have reported. John Ryan was last seen in the Shanakiel area of Cork City on Wednesday, 24 May. However, Mr Ryan has now been located and no further action is required.

Missing Co Mayo Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing Co Mayo man, David Duffy, has been found safe and well, garda have reported. Garda had issued an appeal for help in tracing 36-year-old Mr Duffy, who had not been seen since Sunday. Garda have thanked the public for their help and said that no further action is needed.

Off-Duty Garda Injured In Stabbing Incident In Co Limerick
Gardaí have issued an appeal for information following a stabbing incident in Co Limerick on Sunday night. An off-duty garda officer was stabbed in the hand in an incident at Bruach na Sionna, Castleconnell, shortly after 9pm.
