Hospital Redevelopment Plan Submitted
A planning application has been submitted for a €16m redevelopment of Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross, Dublin.
The application lays out a plan for 36 single-occupancy rooms that would redevelop the hospital's residential hospice and re-equip day care and community support.
If successful, work is proposed to begin this year, with an expected completion date of 2016.

Dún Laoghaire Rathdown Council Hears Public Baths Redevelopment Plan
Details of a proposed redevelopment of Dún Laoghaire’s public baths have been revealed in a presentation to the Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Constructed in 1843, the baths were completely redeveloped by then Kingstown Town Council in 1910 and operated until 1997 when they were closed.

An Bord Pleanála has rejected an application to redevelop "Ireland's most expensive house". The proposal for Walford, on Shrewsbury Road in Dublin, had sought permission to extend the existing property to almost double its size and add four additional houses in the back garden.
