Six Arrested In Dawn Raids Across Galway City
Gardaí in Galway have arrested six men in dawn raids across the city.
The raids were conducted by the Galway Divisional Drugs Unit as part of Operation Sandman, and ongoing operation tackling the sale of drugs in Galway.
The six men are expected to appear before a special setting of Galway District Court later today.

Body Discovered In Galway Street
An investigation is underway following the discovery of a body in Galway city this morning. It is understood that the body of a 40-year-old local man was found at around 07:30 on Wednesday morning on Shop St. Gardaí have said that they do not believe the death to be suspicious.

The building project at the Crescent now looks set to remain on the 'back-burner' some four years after the building was purchased by the late Galway developer John O'Dolan.

Investigation Launched Into Galway Body Find
Gardaí have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man's body in an apartment in Galway City. It is understood that the man's body was found by his flatmate on Monday. According to reports, the dead man is believed to be a 23-year-old from Tullamore in Co Offaly who was studying in Galway City.
