New Expanded Search Launched For Missing Dublin Men

A fresh has begun for two Dublin men who went missing two months ago.

Gardaí say that the a search has begun along the border of counties Cavan and Meath.

They are searching for Eoin O'Conno and Anthony Keegan, who were last seen in Co Cavan on 22 March.

The disappearance of the two men is thought to be linked to an organised criminal gang, according to garda.

Some 100 officers, a sub-aqua unit and dog teams are involved in the search.

Major Search Operation Ongoing For Missing Jet-Skier
A major search operation is ongoing on Lough Ree in the Midlands after a woman went missing while jet-sking. The operation was launched on Sunday evening after a woman failed to return to shore at the lake, which borders Westmeath and Longford. A total of eight people have been arrested after a drug raid by Gardaí on a house in Leitrim. Officers arrested seven males and one female after the discovery of cannabis plants, which have an estimated street value of approximately €200,000 pending analysis. Search Continues For Missing Men In Cavan
Gardai are continuing to search for two men believed to be missing in Cavan. Eoin O'Connor, 32, and Anthony Keegan, 33, both from Dublin, were last seen on Tuesday. It is suspected the pairs' disappearance is connected to the activities of a criminal gang from Dublin. Gardai are appealing to farmers and landowners to check their outbuildings.

Four Arrested And Firearm Seized
Four men have been arrested and a firearm seized following a Garda search in the Crumlin area of Dublin. Officers also recovered a telescopic sight and firearm component parts during the operation at Captain's Road in Crumlin, Dublin. The search began yesterday afternoon and was carried out by Dublin Metropolitan Region detectives.
