Aer Lingus And IMPACT Accept Labour Court Invites

Management and the union representing cabin crew at Aer Lingus have accepted invitations to attend negotiations at the Labour Court.

The two sides will attend a meeting on Wednesday in the hopes of avoiding further strike action in a dispute of work rosters.

Both side accepted invitations to the talks sent out by the Labour Court on Monday, however, IMPACT, who represent the cabin crew, have said that they will not be calling off any industrial action ahead of the talks.

It is understood that Aer Lingus has stopped taking booking for 16 and 18 June, the two days on which further work stoppages are planned.
