Girl Dies In Collision In Co Kerry
A 14-year-old girl has died in a collision near Scartaglen in County Kerry.
The car she was travelling in crashed into a ditch at around 11.25pm on Sunday.
The girl was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver, 20, and an 18-month-old baby were taken to Kerry General Hospital in Tralee. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The road has been closed for forensic examination.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Man Dead After Co Clare Crash
A man has died following a crash in County Clare this morning. The 23-year-old was taken to Ennis General Hospital after the one-vehicle crash in Lahinch at 1.30am. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Two women and one man, all in their 20s, were taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries. They were passengers in the car.

A man has died in a road collision in County Kerry. The man, 51, was killed after his 4x4 vehicle collided with a signpost in Listowel at approximately 8.40pm on Monday night. He was taken to Kerry General Hospital but was later pronounced dead. The road has been closed and diversions have been put in place.

Cyclist Dies Following Kerry Collision
A female cyclist has died after being seriously injured in a crash in Tralee last Wednesday. The woman, believed to be in her 40s, was struck by a car at Rathass at approximately 8pm. She was take to Kerry General Hospital but died on Sunday night from her injuries.
