125 New Jobs Announced For Dublin

One hundred and twenty five new jobs are to be created in Dublin by two US technology firms.

Adroll, an internet advertising agency has announced the creation of 100 jobs with the expansion of its European headquarters in Dublin.

The firm set up in Ireland in 2013 and says it will create the new roles within the next year.

A further 25 jobs are to be created by library technology firm Innovative, with support by the Department of Jobs through IDA Ireland.

The jobs announcements are another vote of confidence in Ireland's strengths as a "location of investment", Taoiseach Enda Kenny said.

Galway Firm To Create 100 New Jobs
A shed manufacturing company is to create 100 new jobs in Tuam, Co Galway. Steeltech Sheds is to relocate its business from Headford Road in Galway to the former Coca-Cola factory in Tuam and will recruit new staff between now and 2017. The company currently employs 100 staff at bases in Cork, Dublin, Carlow and Athlone.

Three hundred new jobs are to be created in south Dublin by Sage, Europe's second largest technology firm. Welcoming the news, Fine Gael TD for Dublin Rathdown, Olivia Mitchell, said: "By choosing to locate in Sandyford, Sage, Europe's second largest technology company, will join some of the premier tech companies.

Over Two Hundred Jobs Created In Dublin And Galway
Over two hundred new jobs are to be created by three firms in Galway and Dublin. In Galway, 100 roles will be created by SmartBear, an American firm establishing its new European headquarters in the city. And in Dublin, 15 jobs are to be created by IT project management company Daysha Consulting, as part of a €1.5m investment.

25 New Jobs Announced In Waterford
US-based transit software company, RouteMatch, is to create 25 new jobs with the expansion of its Research and Development (R&D) team in Waterford. The transit software company is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and first established an R&D team in Waterford in 2015 to focus on the creation of the company's RMPay payment solutions technology.
