Severe Traffic Disruption Caused By Man On Ulster Bank Roof
It is understood that a man is currently on top of the Ulster Bank building on Dame Street. The man first appeared on the roof of the Abercrombie & Fitch building before moving to the adjacent bank building.
There are severe traffic disruptions in Dublin city centre, with traffic around College Green, Dame Street and Westmoreland street blocked by Gardaí.
It is not know why the man is on the roof of the bank and Gardaí have not revealed any more information.
It is understood that the man is bare-chested.
Motorists and pedestrians have been advised to avoid the area if possible.

Missing Co Mayo Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing Co Mayo man, David Duffy, has been found safe and well, garda have reported. Garda had issued an appeal for help in tracing 36-year-old Mr Duffy, who had not been seen since Sunday. Garda have thanked the public for their help and said that no further action is needed.

Man Dies In Stabbing Incident
A 30-year-old has died and a second man has been injured in a stabbing incident in Tullamore, Co Offaly, shortly after 7am this morning. It is believed there had been an argument in a house in the area and a Polish man was killed. The other man's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
