Four Arrested Over Cannabis Plant Seizure
Gardaí from the Roscommon-Longford drug unit have arrested four men in connection with the discovery of cannabis plants worth an estimated €94,000.
The plants were uncovered at a house in Dalystown on Monday. Garda say that the search was carried out as part of an ongoing operation into the sale and supply of controlled substances in the Longford area
Four men, two aged 33 and two aged 28 and 29, were arrested and taken to Roscommon, Longford and Granard stations.

Men Arrested Over €1m Cocaine And Heroin Find
Heroin and cocaine, with an estimated street value of €1m, has been recovered in a house search in Ballyfermot on Tuesday. Gardaí arrested two men, aged in their 30s, at the scene after officers uncovered 13kgs of cocaine worth an estimated €900,000 and 1.5kgs of heroin, with an estimated value of €225,000.

Dublin Water Restrictions To Continue Until 4 Nov
Water restrictions imposed in Dublin last night are expected to continue until Monday 4 November. The restrictions, which cause low pressure and loss of supply, will be in place each evening from 8pm until 7am. It is understood that the restrictions are the result of problems at Dublin's biggest water treatment plant, Ballymore Eustace.

Four Arrested In Money Lending Investigation
Gardaí investigating unlawful money lending in Co Clare have arrested two men and two women. Officers said the arrests follow an investigation carried out over several months, following allegations made to them. Two men, aged 20 and 26, and two women, aged 30 and 32, were arrested on Tuesday morning in Kilrush.

Four Arrested In Heroin Seizure
Four men have been arrested after heroin with an estimated street value of €2.4 million was seized in Kildare. Around 12kg of the drug wa discovered after gardaí stopped and searched a number of cars off the Naas Road at Kill. Four men, three aged in their 20s and one aged 51, were arrested at the scene.
