Truck Crashes Into House In Co Cork
A woman in Midleton, Co Cork managed to avoid injury when a truck crashed into her house yesterday morning.
According to gardaí a reversing truck collided with the house on Rosary Place, Midleton, at about 10am on Monday.
The homeowner was home at the time of the incident but it is understood that no one was injured.
Gardaí say that they are looking into the cause of the crash, but that it had been a minor incident.

Three Die In Separate House Fires
Two men and a woman have died in three separate house fires in Limerick and Kerry. In the latest incident, a man in his 60s died following a house fire in Tralee in Co Kerry. The fire broke out in the terraced house in Connolly Park at about 9.30pm yesterday. Gardaí were called to the scene at around 9.

Explosives Truck Crashes Into Offaly Shop
A truck carrying explosive components has crashed into a shop in Moneygall, Co Offaly. The incident happened shortly after 8am this morning. No one was injured in the incident. Fire services say the contents of the truck posed no risk as they had not been mixed. Damage to the front window of the shop was reported.

Hit-And-Run Accused Released
A man (33) has been released after being arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Co Wicklow yesterday evening. An elderly woman, (79) was killed when she was hit by a vehicle in Killeager, the Scalp, near Enniskerry. A file has been sent by gardaí to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
