Greyhound Dispute Settled With New Pay Deal

The 15-week dispute at Greyhound Waste Recycling is to end after workers voted to accept a revised pay settlement.

It is understood that of the 78 workers involved in strike action, 52 voted to accept the new pay deal, 15 voted against and one vote was spoiled.

The pickets at the company's Clondalkin depot will be lifted immediately, a spokesperson for the workers has said, and the company will withdraw its court action against the striking workers.
