Man Dies In Suspected Arson In Bray
A 55-year-old man has died in a house fire in Bray, Co Wicklow in the early hours of Friday morning.
Gardaí say that they are treating the fire, at a property on Oldcourt Avenue, as arson.
The man's body was taken to St Columcille's Hospital in Loughlinstown. A post-mortem is due to be carried out today.
Gardaí say another man, aged in his 20s, was also in the house at the time of the fire but escaped without injury.
The house has been sealed off pending a forensic examination.
Gardaí in Bray have appealed for witnesses or anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour in the vicinity of Oldcourt Avenue area before 4.30am to contact them on 01-6665300, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111 or any garda station.

Woman Charged Over Suspicious House Fire
A woman has been charged in relation to a suspicious house fire in Co Louth last year. Following an investigation into the blaze, which occurred at Cork Street in Drogheda on 16 August last year, gardaí confirmed a 27-year-old woman has been charged in connection with the incident. A woman, aged 73, was seriously injured in the fire in 2014.

Missing 25-Year-Old Man Found 'Safe And Well'
A 25-year-old man who was missing from Harcourt Street in Dublin has been found safe and well, Gardaí have reported. Simon Quinn was reported missing after last being seen at around 2.30am on Monday, 30 July. However, Mr Quinn has now been found and Gardaí said they wish to thank the media and public for their assistance.
