50 Full Time Jobs To Be Created At Co Kildare Estate

Fifty full-time jobs are to be created at Palmerstown House and Estate in Co Kildare over the next 12 months.

The jobs are to be in the hospitality and leisure sector.

An additional 50 part time jobs will also be created over the coming Christmas period.

The estate was recently acquired by the Corner Group from the National Asset Management Agency.

One hundred and forty new jobs are to be created in Co Kildare by residential security firm, Homesecure. The Newbridge-based company will created 100 jobs within the next four months and an additional forty jobs over the next four years. The jobs will be in operations, administration and sales.

Over 50 New Jobs To Be Created In Co Mayo
Fifty five new jobs are to be created as part of a major expansion by Portwest in Westport, Co Mayo. The company, which makes protective and work clothing, has said it expects its turnover to increase from €125m to €250m by 2020.

US Drug Manufacturer Bringing Jobs To Co Tipperary
Almost 300 new jobs are to be created in Cashel, Co Tipperary, by American drug manufacturer, Amneal. The company said that the jobs will be created over the "next few years" as it establishes its European base in Co Tipperary. Amneal have bought the former Johnson and Johnson factory, which closed in 2011.
