Open House Dublin Welcomes Visitors To The City's Architecture
A new event initiated by the Irish Architecture Foundation will see 100 buildings around Dublin open to the public this weekend.
It is the ninth year of Open House Dublin, which is part of a worldwide event aimed at connecting the public with buildings of all types and periods.
As part of the event, people can freely visit a 350-year-old building that is believed to be the oldest house in the city, or visit the Casino at Marino, or go to the US Embassy in Ballsbridge.
Although events are free, places are limited for some buildings and advance booking is necessary.
