Six Arrested In Garda Drug Raids
A garda operation targeting gangs involved in manufacturing drugs launched raids on Tuesday morning at 20 different address across the south east of Ireland.
More than 60 officers were involved in the raids in counties Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary and Waterford.
Garda said that six men were arrested in Kilkenny city in connection with the raid.
A number of tablet-making machines were also seized during the operation.

Six Arrested In Dawn Raids Across Galway City
Gardaí in Galway have arrested six men in dawn raids across the city. The raids were conducted by the Galway Divisional Drugs Unit as part of Operation Sandman, and ongoing operation tackling the sale of drugs in Galway. The six men are expected to appear before a special setting of Galway District Court later today.

A 21-year-old man has died after being stabbed during a knife attack in Kilkenny in the early hours of Wednesday morning. According to reports, the emergency services were called to an apartment at 1.30am at Larchfield Court.

Men Arrested In Garda Raids In Dundalk
A garda search targeting criminal and subversive activity has lead to the arrest of two men in Dundalk, Co Louth. Various properties at six locations in Dundalk were targeted in the early morning seaches, which garda said where not directly related to the investigation into the murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe.

Kilkenny Hotel Raids Investigated
Gardaí are investigating separate raids at two Kilkenny hotels, which took place in the early hours of Monday morning. The first incident happened at the Springhill Court Hotel on the Waterford Road around 2:30am. Three men confronted the night porter and forced him to hand over a sum of cash from the office safe.
