Garda Appeal For Help Over Missing Dublin Man
Gardaí in Dublin are appealing for help in tracing the whereabouts of 40-year-old Piers Wilson.
Mr Wilson has been missing from his home in Ballybrack, Dublin, since Tuesday morning.
He is described as approximately 6ft tall, thin, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
When last seen he was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
Garda believe that Mr Wilson could be driving a silver Volkswagen Golf, registration 03-D-20672.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Dun Laoghaire Garda Station on 01 666 5000.

Gardaí Hunt For Two Missing Females
Separate searches have been announced in connection with the disappearance of two females in the past week. In the latest disappearance, Gardaí at Sundrive Road, Dublin, said they are seeking the public’s assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 62-year-old Pauline Behan from Rafters Road, Dublin. Pauline was last seen at 4pm on Monday.

A dedicated garda unit is needed to tackle a "dramatic" spike in gun crime, Fianna Fáil Spokesperson on Justice Niall Collins has said. Deputy Collins made the call as gardaí investigate three separate gun attacks in West Dublin in as many days.

Two South African women and a Portuguese male have been arrested after a drug haul worth half a million Euro was seized at Dublin Airport. The arrests came following a large scale operation by the Santry Drugs Unit and the Revenue's Customs Service.
