NTMA To Hold 30-Year Bond Auction

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is to hold a bond auction later this week.

The organisation will auction €1bn of 30-year debt on Thursday (12 March).

It is only the second time Ireland has carried out the above. The first 30-year bond sale was last month.

The auction is being held by NTMA as it seeks to pre-fund the country's borrowing needs, in full, for 2016.
